Description
Galvanized steel wires are made from carbon steel wire rods through drawing, picking, annealing, galvanizing and cooling processes. They have excellent corrosion resistance no matter electrical galvanized or hot dipped galvanized surfaces.
The thickness of the hot zinc coating is 250g/m.The corrosion resistance of steel wire is greatly improved.
Material: High carbon steel wire
Surface treatment: electrical galvanized and hot dipped galvanized.
Wire diameter: 0.3–5.5 mm.
Tensile strength: 1200Mpa-2300Mpa (170ksi ~320ksi）
Zinc coating
Electrical galvanized: min. 10 g/m2
Common hot dipped galvanized: 20–110 g/m2
Heavy hot dipped galvanized: 110–366 g/m2
Customized sizes and packages are available.
